Position Summary

One of TRITECH's strategic growth initiatives is regional expansion to serve existing and new clients. The south region (ie. Florida, Georgia & South Carolina) represents an exciting growth opportunity for the company. In 2023 TRITECH opened an office in South Florida to serve financial services & legal clients in Miami and West Palm Beach. TRITECH seeks to further expand our presence in the south region by hiring a highly motivated and results-driven senior executive to lead and manage growth / profitability in the region. This is a unique opportunity to capitalize on the growth taking place in the southern U.S. with the full support of TRITECH's corporate and central services organizations.

Reporting to the President and CEO, The successful candidate will have P&L responsibility for the region and be responsible for all functional areas including business development, project management, client relations, field operations, fabrication and service. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, a proven track record leading teams and a passion for delivering excellent customer service while driving growth and profitability.

What are the expectations?

Business Development & Client Relations:

  • Lead the growth and development of the business across Florida and Georgia
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities including bidding on jobs, developing proposals and closing deals
  • Represent the company in client meetings, presentations and events

Operations & Project Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day regional operations ensuring efficient execution of project deliverables
  • Manage budgets, timelines and resources for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Oversee regional logistics, systems fabrication and inventory

Team Development & Staff Management:

  • Lead recruitment efforts for open positions including interviewing and hiring new staff
  • Develop a strong team culture
  • Provide training and mentorship to ensure a high level of performance and job satisfaction that align with Company values
  • Manage and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to maximize employee potential

Financial P&L Management:

  • P&L owner for South Region ensuring growth & profitability targets are achieved
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance
  • Adjust resources & strategies to meet goals
  • Ensure adherence to company financial policies and reporting standards

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to profitably grow the region
  • Collaborate with executive team peers to drive long-term success and expansion in the region
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors and market dynamics to ensure the company remains competitive

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field required, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in the audio-visual systems integration field proven track record in business development and project management
  • Strong experience in bidding and managing projects within the audio-visual systems integration or related field
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple high-value projects
  • Excellent communications skills. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a self-starter attitude. Highly motivated to grow the business.
  • Excellent business acumen including financial planning and analysis
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • In-depth understanding of systems technology
