As Vice President of Commercial Strategy, you will lead an integrated commercial strategy driving revenue growth for the company's portfolio across Central and Latin America (CALA). Reporting to executive leadership, you will develop and execute sales, marketing, revenue management, and digital initiatives. Your data-driven approach will optimize performance and market share, especially in CALA's expanding industries.Key Responsibilities - Craft comprehensive strategies aligning sales, marketing, revenue management, and digital channels to maximize profits - Define KPIs linking revenue goals to profitability targets, using insights to optimize performance - Lead a cross-functional team developing innovative solutions and talent - Enhance the brand through digital and eCommerce innovation, improving direct bookings - Partner with business development pitching the company's integrated strategy to prospective clients - Manage vendor relationships, evaluating technologies supporting commercial goals - Engage clients and ownership groups to strengthen partnerships and client loyaltyRequired Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree and 5+ years commercial strategy experience in hospitality - Proven track record developing and implementing strategies driving revenue growth - Expertise in sales, marketing, digital marketing, revenue management and eCommerce - Analytical skills to derive insights from data and apply them strategically - Strategic leadership abilities and exceptional communication/negotiation skills - Fluency in Spanish essential for role's CALA market responsibilities - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to travel extensively - Hospitality or multi-brand management experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
