As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Supply Chain to lead our supply chain strategy and operations, driving efficiency, cost savings, and sustainable practices across the entire supply chain.
The VP of Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations of our manufacturing facilities. This role will focus on developing and executing strategies to enhance supply chain performance, improve processes, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management within the manufacturing industry, a strong leadership track record, and a deep understanding of the latest industry trends and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure the availability of quality materials and services at competitive prices.
- Ensure that the company maintains compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and sustainability practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Analyze and report on key supply chain metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead the development and execution of the company's supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the entire supply chain process, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, production planning, logistics, and distribution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, sales, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and effective supply chain management.
- Implement advanced technologies and digital tools to enhance supply chain visibility, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and production planning.
- Proven ability to develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software.
