Partnering with the VP of Organizational Culture, the VP of Human Resources will also focus on the employee experience and serve as a strong advocate for our team members.The VP of Human Resources should be a highly approachable individual with stellar written and verbal communication skills. A successful VP of Human Resources will be a high-energy, dynamic, inspirational, and visible leader with a passion for helping team members succeed in all that they do.Let's Get to Know Each OtherIf you'd like to become part of the Skyla Credit Union team, we'd like to learn more about you! Please share your resume that illustrates 10+ years of human resources leadership experience. Ideal candidates will have a SHRM/SPHR certification and comparable experience working at organizations with at least 250 full-time employees and a deep understanding of financial institutions. Be sure to include any certifications (SPHR or SHRM for example) and additional credentials (Certified Diversity Professional or Certified Diversity Executive for example) you may possess. Strong knowledge of HR-related compliance and legislative requirements is required.
