The Vice President of Labor Relations provides strategic leadership and operational guidance to company leadership on all labor relations matters for a company with 75+ collective bargaining agreements with multiple unions across 6 operating subsidiaries. Provide hands on negotiation support for other assigned negotiatorsProvides leadership and influence to ensure successful investigation and disciplinary process for union operationsInfluences key stakeholders, supports and manages the issue free/union avoidance processMore about youBachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred15 years minimum HR and Labor Relations experience and knowledge of related labor laws required, hospitality industry strongly preferredSignificant experience as Lead NegotiatorStrong experience in Labor Relations managing over 50 collective bargaining agreements with multiple unions across multiple lines of businessComfortable juggling multiple priorities or issues at the same timeAbility to thrive in a complex matrixed operating environment where influence and relationship building is key to successAdept at coaching, counseling, training, and mentoring others to grow the capacity of the labor relations departmentAbility to travel 30-40%#LI-RemotePhysical requirementsWho we areOur business is all about people, and that includes you.
