The RoleAvnos' Vice President of Manufacturing will lead Avnos from pilot phase to full commercial, high-volume production and distribution. This role will join Avnos' senior leadership team and report directly to the CEO. You will bridge Avnos' direct air capture units from custom built and deployed to mass-manufactured and assembled at scale, globally. The VP of Manufacturing will shepherd the team and product through design for manufacturing, build/buy/partner decisions around low volume manufacturing, through to high-volume, commercial-scale manufacturing operations. You will be instrumental in scaling Avnos' supply chain, production and production strategy, and thereby reducing costs.

Perks & Benefits:
Salary: For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $250,000 - $300,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The range listed above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and benefits. The final compensation package will be determined based on the selected candidate's skills and experience.
