Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns - with Accrete AI's business goals and objectives. This includes ownership of PR, Event Marketing, B2G Marketing, Paid Media. Also includes annual and quarterly planning and overall long term vision.

Marketing Tech Stack Ownership and Management: Includes our CRM and Marketing Automation.

Brand Management: Enhance and manage the Accrete AI brand, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.

Demand Generation: Drive demand generation initiatives to support sales efforts, including lead generation, digital marketing, content marketing, events, partnerships, campaign planning and execution. .

Executing ad-hoc strategic projects for the CEO and internal marketing initiatives: Internal comms, all hands, investor relations.

Digital Marketing: Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

Content Strategy: Lead the creation of compelling content that resonates with target audiences, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and multimedia assets.

Product Marketing: Collaborate with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features. Create and manage product launch plans. Contribute to pricing, packaging, and sales enablement.

Analytics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team.

Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Paid Media Ownership: Includes paid search, paid social, programmatic, syndicated content, etc.

Event Marketing: In-person, third-party, and owned as well as virtual.

Other: ABM and Email marketing, audience segmentation, PR and Corporate communications.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in B2B SaaS. Preferred experience in B2G Marketing. Experience in the AI or technology sector is highly preferred.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team. Strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Creativity: Innovative thinker with a passion for developing creative marketing solutions.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary Range: 200,000 - 240,000 + Equity
