- Worksite Location: Saint Cloud, MN
- Salary: $150k-170k
What you'll do as the Vice President of Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects align with company goals and client expectations
- Lead the operations team to deliver safe, cost-effective, and high-quality results
- Establish KPIs to measure and improve operational performance
- Manage budgets, P&L, and financial performance for operational activities
- Provide regular reports on financial risks, opportunities, and performance
- Oversee multiple industrial construction projects across all phases
- Ensure compliance with contracts, safety standards, and industry regulations
- Act as the senior point of contact for key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success
- Champion safety culture and adherence to OSHA and other regulations
- Oversee incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Mentor and develop a high-performing operations team
- Promote employee engagement and professional growth
What you'll bring to the Vice President of Operations Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience managing industrial construction projects, including 5+ years in leadership
- Expertise in union and non-union team management
- Familiarity with construction software, project management tools, and operational technologies
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
- Strong leadership, financial management, and problem-solving skills
