This role has full P&L responsibility for approximately $250 million in revenue and will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and growth across the region.Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for day-to-day operations across all regional facilities and departments. Develop and execute short and long-term strategic plans to drive regional growth and operational efficiency. Establish and monitor key performance metrics to ensure accountability and measurable progress. Implement and maintain continuous improvement programs to enhance organizational capabilities. Foster a coaching-focused culture through hands-on engagement and formal training programs. Drive operational excellence and consistent people development throughout field operations.QualificationsExperience: Proven track record managing 20+ locations across a broad geographic area. Experience leading large, skilled, distributed workforce teams. General management experience with full P&L responsibility. Strong financial acumen and understanding of operational impacts on P&L. Demonstrated success in partnering with front-line employees in high-performance work environments. Proven ability to anticipate and exceed customer requirements. Previous experience in the collision repair industry preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. Strong executive presence with professional communication style. Demonstrated leadership ability with track record of achieving results through others. Strategic planning capability with 1-2 year forward-thinking mindset. Excellence in managing multiple priorities and complex operations. Problem-solving skills at both strategic and functional levels. Ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
