HVAC or Construction Industry Experience Required
Location: South Bronx, New York (Onsite)
Compensation: $140,000 base + up to $40,000 in performance-based bonuses

Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of senior HR leadership experience.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employee engagement strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive cultural and organizational change.
