We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Product to lead our patient, care team and platform product teams. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of our healthcare technology and services solutions. You will be an expert with Agile Scrum methodologies and work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of value-based care for Interwell and make a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Interwell Health's vision, business strategy, and goals, specifically focusing on ESKD and CKD patients, care teams, and our platform.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing cross functional team, while providing hands on product management, guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in healthcare, value-based care, and kidney disease to inform product development.
- Product Development: Help manage the end-to-end solution development lifecycle, using agile scrum methodologies from ideation to launch, ensuring the delivery of innovative and high-quality solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, sales, marketing, physician practice product, engineering, analysts, support, and executives to drive the success of solutions that are a fit for all Interwell Health stakeholders.
- Customer Focus: Build and maintain strong relationships with government and private payer customers, gathering feedback to drive product enhancements and improvements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with investment decisions, solution development and deployment.
- Compliance: Ensure that all product offerings comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the executive team on solution performance, milestones, and goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in product management and leadership roles within the healthcare technology industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, including the challenges and opportunities in value-based care and chronic disease management.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute product roadmaps with a mastery of Agile scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation in healthcare.
