Brief Description

The Position:

The Vice President of Product will formulate and implement a product strategy that aligns with the company's overarching vision and objectives. As a member of the senior leadership team, the VP of Product will report to the President of Keycentrix and play a pivotal role in the executive leadership of the company.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Serves as a member of the executive team and provides expert counsel and guidance on technology matters, including the vision for the future.
  • Collaborates with executive team to strategize and implement software product features.
  • Analyzes market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities in the pharmacy domain.
  • Translates product strategy into financial outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business.
  • Conducts competitive analysis and market research to assess the potential viability and profitability of proposed product initiatives.
  • Works with sales and executive leadership on growth strategies and ways to leverage existing and new technologies to expand market penetration and overall go-to-market strategy.
  • Identifies potential strategic partnerships and collaborations with other companies, organizations, or healthcare providers to enhance product offerings and expand the company's market reach.
  • Creates effective go-to-market strategy processes to keep the organization informed on the health and status of various product offerings, strengthening our leadership in customer engagement across all products and segments.
  • Creates a feedback loop between product, marketing, and sales to translate market feedback.
  • Develops sales tools and enablement that will increase sales productivity and learnings.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven leader with > 10 years experience in product management, leading product organizations in SaaS or B2B software organizations.
  • 5-6 years of people management work experience.
  • Experience bringing new products to market, packaging, and driving utilization within existing client base.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex enterprise projects and programs to successful completion, fostering cross-functional relationships and aligned objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both small and large settings.
  • Education Or Certifications

  • Master level (business, marketing, or technical) or clinical degree in a related area is a plus; or equivalent job-related experience.
  • Physical/Mental Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • High level of alertness, concentration, accuracy, and time-management.
  • Able to maintain a stationary position for prolonged periods.
