They will have the ability to think operationally, oversee the sales and marketing team, as well as be a strategic partner to the owner and Executive team.

This builder's leadership retains and inspires their team. It is a group that works together and takes ownership of the company. They believe that everyone has a voice, and they appreciate collaboration.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and marketing within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
