Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Vice President of Sales to spearhead the marketing and disposition of property portfolios to commercial real estate investment groups. This role requires a results-driven individual with a strong background in sales strategy, relationship building, and transaction management within the commercial real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the sale of property portfolios, targeting commercial real estate investment groups.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of offering memorandums and marketing packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, brokers, and potential buyers.
- Negotiate terms of sale and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, buyer preferences, and opportunities to maximize portfolio value.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our organization at industry events and fostering new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the executive team to align sales objectives with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Strong understanding of industrial property markets and investment group dynamics.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
