We're seeking an experienced VP of Software Engineering to lead their software strategy and drive product development.

About the Role:

In this pivotal leadership position, you will oversee the entire software development lifecycle for FDA-compliant products that seamlessly connect with advanced medical devices. You'll manage a high-performing engineering team and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver secure, high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision: Shape the software engineering roadmap, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485) while driving innovation.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and lead the engineering team to foster a quality-focused, agile culture.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, regulatory, and quality teams to develop software that integrates with physical devices and meets clinical and compliance needs.

Ideal Candidate:

• 15+ years in software engineering, with extensive experience in regulated (medical device) environments (ISO13485, SaMD)
• Strong technical expertise in embedded systems and cloud-based solutions
• Proven ability to drive innovation in a fast-paced start-up setting.
