Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners through effective communication and project management. Resource Allocation: Identify and mobilize the vital resources to support new business initiatives and ensure project success. Time Management: Demonstrate the ability to prioritize multiple priorities and manage time effectively to meet and exceed goals. Goal Achievement: Consistently surpass team goals and sales targets, driving exceptional performance. Communication: Exhibit high energy, positivity, and excellent communication skills for presentations and interpersonal interactions. Teamwork: Partner with operational teams and sales colleagues to drive new business and support client retention efforts. Strategic Growth: Aggressively pursue new revenue streams and strategic initiatives while ensuring strong profitability.Preferred Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), affiliates, and aggregation groups. Experience: At least three years of experience in healthcare business development and operations with a proven track record of exceeding goals. Expertise: Understanding of food supply chain fundamentals, food service, and facilities management operations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM database management and strong digital literacy. Professionalism: Ability to represent Compass One at industry events and demonstrate executive presence and integrity. Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, contract renewal/retention, particularly in the foodservice, healthcare, or contract management sectors. Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 25% nationally as the need arises.
