Job Summary:

The Vice President of Supply Chain Management will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes within CNE. This strategic leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement, particularly within the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and innovation in the supply chain to support the organization's mission of delivering outstanding patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Supply Chain Optimization:
    • Implement best practices in supply chain management to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply chain innovation.
  • Procurement and Vendor Management:
    • Oversee the procurement process, ensuring the sourcing of high-quality goods and services at competitive prices.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable contracts.
  • Logistics and Distribution:
    • Manage the logistics and distribution network to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies to various healthcare facilities.

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior-level supply chain management role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain regulations and compliance requirements.
