Job Summary:
The Vice President of Supply Chain Management will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes within CNE. This strategic leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement, particularly within the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and innovation in the supply chain to support the organization's mission of delivering outstanding patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:- Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Supply Chain Optimization:- Implement best practices in supply chain management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply chain innovation.
Procurement and Vendor Management:- Oversee the procurement process, ensuring the sourcing of high-quality goods and services at competitive prices.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable contracts.
Logistics and Distribution:- Manage the logistics and distribution network to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies to various healthcare facilities.
- Optimize transportation and warehousing strategies to reduce costs and improve service levels.
Compliance and Risk Management:- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to supply chain activities.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.

Requirements:
