We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Tree Operations to lead our team and drive our mission forward.The Vice President of Tree Operations will oversee all aspects of our tree care services, including strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of arboriculture, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to environmental stewardship.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for tree care operations.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of arborists and tree care professionals.
- Manage budgets, resources, and equipment to optimize operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in tree care practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in tree care operations
- Certified Arborist credential from the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of tree biology, health, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Commitment to environmental sustainability and community engagement.
