Position Available: Vice President of Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: As the sole leader of Arizona Projects, you will oversee all operational aspects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and driving performance improvements.
- Direct Reporting: You will report directly to the President, collaborating closely to develop and implement business strategies that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Performance Management: Drive accountability and results by monitoring project performance, managing budgets, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in Industrial Construction Industry - fabrication, plumbing, commercial projects, skilled trades, HVAC, electrical, engineering, and design.
- Top-level leadership experience in a major corporate function or strategic business group.
- Ownership of business strategy development and support initiatives.
- Proven ability to establish directions and lead the development of short and long-term corporate strategies and objectives.
- Skill in promoting company goals, strategies, products, services, and achievements to key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ultimate accountability for performance results of the organization.
- Experience making mission-critical decisions and integrating strategies cross-functionally.
- 20+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Masters degree from an accredited college/university, or equivalent combination of skills and experience.

- Competitive Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 based on experience.
