Our client is a boutique investment and merchant banking firm headquartered in New York, specializing in M&A, capital raisings, buyouts, and IPOs. They provide comprehensive financial services across various sectors and are currently seeking senior revenue producers with expertise in tech or consumer or retail and e-commerce, all within the B2C segment.
Responsibilities:
- Originate and execute mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions within the B2C segment, focusing on tech or consumer/retail/e-commerce industries.
- Lead client engagements from origination through to transaction closing, ensuring seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, advising on strategic financial decisions.
- Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation assessments for potential transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored financial solutions and advisory services.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a senior revenue producer in investment banking, with a focus on tech or consumer/retail/e-commerce sectors.
- Extensive experience in originating and closing M&A deals, preferably within the B2C segment.
- Strong network of industry contacts and relationships with potential clients.
- Solid understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
