Summary:The Vice President of Product is an entrepreneurial, growth-minded leader motivated in a start-up environment. This role is responsible for leading RealSure's team of product managers, user experience researchers, and visual designers to build world-class customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Inspire, lead, and grow a product management and user experience organization.
• Create and communicate a clear and compelling product strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee the product development process from inception to delivery.
• Lead product planning and road-mapping to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Collaborate with various teams to define the company product strategy.
• Work closely with human resources to lead a diverse and productive environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in product management and program leadership.
• 2-3 years of experience in a highly matrixed environment.
• Fluent in analyzing data and translating it into product enhancements.
• Proven history of successfully managing multiple product efforts.
• Deep understanding of agile development principles.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence at all levels.

This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
