As a global leader they are continuously seeking top-tier talent to join their centre of excellence and are presently looking for a VP – Quality & Compliance to lead this function, supporting its Pharma and Medical Device businesses.

This is a true global focused role where the VP – Quality & Compliance will be responsible for the quality systems vision and strategy within multiple divisions (Pharma, Healthcare, Personal care, bioprocessing etc). Providing Quality leadership, establishment & execution of policies, implementation of best practices and optimizing systems to sustain global quality and ensure patent safety and growth of the business.

This is a key leadership position, reporting into the SVP and CQO, working in close partnership with supply chain, regulatory affairs, RDE and the entire business team.

What are we looking for?

• Demonstrated leadership in driving excellence in quality/change management where critical to consumer, regulatory, customer and business success.
• Bachelor of Science in Technical field, such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or another relevant scientific field (Advanced Degree Preferred)
• Minimum 15 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical, healthcare or Biotechnology industry in a quality or compliance position.
• 10 Years experience in people management
• Previous executive leadership level role with compliance responsibility for a Quality system (3+yrs) in a life science or healthcare business
• Experience in meeting global Pharma regulations & inspection expectations, working with FDA, notified bodies and other geographical regulators
• History of driving continuous Improvement and investment in a high growth environment
• LSS Black belt certification would be desired
• Responsibility for a Quality system in large scale company
• Leadership of teams through integration.
