I'd love to connect with you about a Vice President of R&D and Quality Assurance opportunity I have with a global food manufacturer.

Reporting to the President, this person will sit on the Senior Leadership Team. The position serves as a backup to the President, as needed, on all R&D and QA issues. this individual will play a critical role in the long-term strategy and planning for company growth.

This role could be for you if:

• You have experience leading and developing R&D teams.
• You hold strong R&D innovation skills from concept to commercialization
• You are a strategic thinker with strong collaboration and communication skills
• You have successfully managed stage gate process

Minimum qualifications include:

• A degree in Food Science
• 7-10 years of R&D experience
• 3 years in a leadership role
