You have proven success executing retail strategies, enhancing customer experiences, and driving sales growth across all retail platforms.As the VP, North America Retail, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the North America boutiques and outlet channels. You will also be responsible for managing Retail Operations and Retail Excellence teams.What You'll Do:Develop and execute the overall retail strategy for North America, aligning it with the company's objectives and brand vision.Oversee the performance and profitability of the boutique and outlet channels, ensuring consistent and exceptional customer service standards are met.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations, to ensure effective coordination and implementation of retail initiatives.Partner with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement CRM and clienteling strategies, driving customer engagement and retention across the North America Region.Manage the Retail Operations team, providing guidance and support in areas such as inventory management and store operations.Partner with Global Retail Excellence team to develop and implement training programs and guidelines to enhance the performance and capabilities of retail staff.Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and make data-driven decisions to improve retail performance.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track the success of retail initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans accordingly.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners, vendors, and internal teams, to drive collaboration and achieve business objectives.Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in luxury retail, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.You'll Need to Have:Bachelor's degree10 years of experience in a senior retail leadership role within the fashion luxury industry, with a strong focus on boutiques.Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving financial targets in a multi-channel retail environment.Extensive knowledge of luxury retail market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor landscape.We'd Like to See:Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective retail strategies.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.Ability to travel as required to boutiques, outlets, and industry events within North America.Versace Perks:Generous PTO & Holiday ScheduleSummer FridaysInternal mobility across Versace, Jimmy Choo, and Michael KorsCross-brand DiscountExclusive Employee Sales401k MatchPaid Parental LeaveThrive Wellness Program (seasonal in-office massages and more!)Commuter BenefitsGym DiscountsAt Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
