We are seeking a highly skilled Product and Sales Manager with 100 million Product + Product Line Sales. Who has experience working with developer platforms and developer tools such as Git, CI/CD, CLIs, or other developer tools. Track record of building, selling, and delivering cloud products and services to users. Proven track record to Meet or exceed Individual/Team Sales Quotas and Metrics – Quarterly/Annually.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Genpact's Snowflake Product Management and Genpact Snowflake Product Sales.
  • Work with customers and customer-facing teams to deeply understand needs and opportunities around building on and connecting to Snowflake.
  • Drive and document product strategy, requirements, and principles across developer tools including SDKs (Java, .NET, Go, Node.js) and DevOps.
  • Coordinate across Partner Teams and Genpact Teams - engineering team, TPM, user research, marketing, and support teams in delivering features and improvements.
  • Collaborate across leadership across the company to align new and current features with developer surfaces.
  • Impact the business by supporting growth, adoption, and usage of Snowflake especially through developers and builders.
Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / Skills
  • Bachelors / Masters / PHD or higher degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Experience as a Product and Sales Manager with 100 million Product + Product Line Sales.
  • Experience working with developer platforms and developer tools such as Git, CI/CD, CLIs, or other developer tools.
  • Track record of building, selling, and delivering cloud products and services to users.
  • Proven track record to Meet or exceed Individual/Team Sales Quotas and Metrics – Quarterly/Annually.
  • Technical Expert on all aspects of Snowflake.
  • Experience and understanding of Infrastructure as a Service Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Expertise in Enterprise Data Warehouse Design, Metadata, Data Quality, Master Data Management and Data Governance.
  • Clear understanding of Snowflake's architecture and data sharing concepts.
  • Experience in designing and architecting Snowflake projects.
  • Expertise in Snowflake Data Modeling, ELT using Snowflake SQL, implementing stored procedures and standard DWH+ETL concepts.
  • Clear understanding of Snowflake's advanced concepts like virtual warehouses, query performance using micro partitions and pruning, zero copy clone, time travel, resource monitors and security control methods including network, data, role -based etc.
  • Expertise in planning and implementing Snowflake's virtual warehouse sizes, resource monitoring, planning security and role-based access control strategies.
  • Experience with Snowpark, Streamlit, Data Marketplace, App Development, SnowPipe and Snow SQL Development.
  • Proficient in building data platforms (architecture, storage, management, monitoring).
  • Experience working with different file formats like Parquet, ORC, Avro, JSON etc.
  • Expertise with code versioning tools Git, perforce, SVN etc.
  • Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithm.
  • Strong knowledge on RDBMS and NoSQL databases with the ability to implement them from scratch.
  • Strong expertise in building & optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
  • Experience building ETL pipelines using ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, Pentaho, etc.
  • Knowledge of using orchestration frameworks like Airflow, Oozie, Luigi, etc.
  • Familiarity with big data infrastructure inclusive of MapReduce, Hive, HDFS, YARN, HBase, Oozie, etc.
  • Experience using Spark, and building jobs using Python/Scala/Java.
  • Knowledge building stream processing platforms using Spark Streaming, Storm, etc. Knowledge of Kafka/Flink+Beam would be plus.
  • Knowledge of building REST API end points for data consumption.
  • Knowledge of implementing CI/CD in the pipelines.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products.
  • Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
  • Understanding of how to position products against competitors.
  • Outstanding communication, skills presenting to both Executive and Technical Audiences (oral and written).
  • 50% + Travel to Customer / Team Sites based on Opportunity.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
