About the Role The Head of North America Go-To-Market will have dual responsibilities as the leader of North America Go-To-Market Operations (Customer Service, Fulfillment, Transportation, and Demand Planning) and as a key liaison between Orveon's business leaders and the global Supply Chain groups (e.g. NPD, Quality, etc.). Primary Responsibilities
- Own P&L for North America go-to-market operations, including fulfillment / DC operations, demand planning, customer service / order management, and transportation
- Manage 4 direct reports aligned to the 4 functions above
- Act as Single Point of Contact for all Supply Chain questions from other Orveon functional leadership
- Liaise with Global Supply Chain functions to get input / answers for cross-functional leadership
- Work with direct reports and IT to ensure required reporting and processes are in place to offer relevant, timely feedback to customers (e.g. when will my order arrive? When will this item be back-in-stock?)
- Work with DC operations and customer service teams to ensure that all orders are shipped on time and in full.
- Manage physical distribution budget
- Establish and monitor key business-facing go-to-market KPIs and reporting (e.g. fill rate, on-time delivery, etc.)
- Conduct monthly business reviews with all key 3rd party providers
- Establish cycle count and year-end inventory requirements with finance / audit partners
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders and CSCO to prepare recurring and ad hoc updates to Orveon Executive Committee and/or Board on key go-to-market topics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15+ years Supply Chain and Operations experience
- Experience with Consumer Packaged Goods industries at a minimum, preferably with experience in beauty and/or luxury
- Experience managing 3PLs or coordinating with distribution centers for fulfillment of orders
- Basic familiarity with typical S&OP, demand planning, and supply planning processes
- Basic familiarity with typical customer service, order management, and logistics / transportation practices
- Experience owning a P&L including managing budgets, contracts and negotiation
- Excellent communication skills and able to interact constructively and effectively with sales, marketing, R&D, Finance, and customers
- Strong people management and process skills to prioritize, set targets, and execute
- Bias for learning, self-starter

At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $175,500 – $345,000.
