We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Technology Product Owner II to join our Technology Services Group (TSG) - Technology Resiliency and Execution team. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary FL - HYBRID (3 days per week in office required). Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to this work location, as we are unable to accommodate 100% virtual work arrangements.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

* Leads product development and strategy for large and/or complex data, analytics, technology, and software products/programs.

* Usually assigned to high-growth product area expectations and has fully developed core expertise in industry trends, market segments and competitor profiles.

* Collaborating with inter department leads to ensure the strategy alignment with company goals & Overseeing initiatives.

* Primary responsibilities include Directing the overall technical product strategy for the organization. Using subject matter expertise, experience and thought leadership to influence and direct the technical product management team, key stakeholders, and senior leaders. Manage communication with the business at a detailed functional level and discusses/resolves issues. Manage client expectations and ensures project delivery in conformance with company software development life cycle methodologies. Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives.

* Collaborating with other department heads to ensure strategy alignment with company goals.

* Escalate and track impediments, ensure strategy and execution alignment & Reports status on managing risks and dependencies

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

* Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.8-10 years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.

* 3-5 years of experience in a technical/engineering role and SME on the technology.

* Experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

* Proven experience as a technical product/Program manager (10+ years).

* Strong technical experience with the ability to communicate and present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders/audiences.

* 5+ years of experience collaborating with and advising executive and senior leaders to set strategy, define the product, and make tough judgements between time to market and features.

* 5+ years of product /Program management experience delivering large scale products.

* Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong in PowerPoint, excel, documentation tools like confluence, SharePoint ect

* This role requires deep product /program management expertise, excellent leadership and influencing skills and strong business judgement.

* Manages client expectations and ensures project delivery in conformance with company software development life cycle methodologies. Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and available to work flexible hours
