The U.S. Banks (the Banks) represent an important strategic asset for the Firm with opportunities to drive earnings and business growth across WM and ISG by offering lending solutions, cash management, and deposit products to deepen client relationships.
The U.S Banks Strategy and Execution team's primary mission is to partner across the organization to evaluate, design, and lead the execution of Bank's key initiatives and growth plans. We also manage important Bank governance activities by coordinating the development of the annual Strategy & Business Plans; conduct competitor analysis, benchmarking, and reporting to Bank leadership; support project execution in partnership with the Program Management Office (PMO) team; and administration through our Business Management function.
We are seeking an individual who is an inquisitive and strategic thinker with a passion for uncovering, defining, and executing new growth initiatives for the Morgan Stanley U.S. Banks across the Advisor, Workplace, and E*TRADE self-directed channels. This role will report to the Executive Director, U.S. Banks Strategy and Execution.
Position Summary: The primary responsibilities for this role will be to:Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $180,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
