VP, U.S. Operations Direct HireMcKinney, TX (Onsite w/ 25% travel) Must have experience managing Directors of Industrial Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, New Industrial Product Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.Must have experience with overseeing multiple locations (distribution centers/manufacturing facilities)Must have experience overseeing operations teams of 200+ employees. Will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and communicating the strategic direction of Develop and implement supply chain strategies that ensure a stable supply of cost-effective, quality-conscious, technically competitive products through analysis of customer specifications. Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management or logistics preferred. 15+ years of experience working in the industrial manufacturing/distribution industry. Knowledge of quality systems that support an ISO-certified organization. Lean Leadership, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification desired. Expertise in data-driven decision making, including ability to perform and interpret basic statistics, regression analysis and correlation studies. Estimated Min Rate: $190000.00 Estimated Max Rate: $220000.00Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
