Job Description

Axis is looking for a meticulous and efficient Video Intern (Creative Brand Services) to help within the video production studio throughout winter/spring at our Americas' headquarters in Chelmsford, MA.

You will love this position if you are interested in learning more about video, photo, and audio production and the pre- and post-production work that goes into it.

Responsibilities:

* Support our video production team in the creation of high quality marketing content

* Assist the studio coordinator and Marketing Events team in the setup & take-down of lighting, audio, and set design for ongoing video projects

* Take on basic video editing tasks, while learning intermediate skills with Adobe Premiere

* Develop an inventory of all studio equipment and props

* Download firmware updates for video camera equipment and track equipment status

* Take notes during pre-production meetings with marketing staff

* Gain a deep knowledge of video production workflow from concept to release of marketing content

Essential Skills:

* A creative eye

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment

* Flexible and eager to collaborate with others

* Proactive, focused, independently driven

* Beginner skill level with either studio lighting, videography, or video editing

* Beginner skill level with Adobe Premiere Pro

* Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (ongoing)

* 0-1 years of video or photo production

* 0-1 years of video or photo editing
