The Metiss Group is seeking a collaborative full-cycle Videographer to create content that showcases our mission. In this role, you will be responsible for producing polished, high-quality video content that enhances our brand and engages our audience. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Davidson, NC.

· Be efficient with resources and return on investment (ROI)

· Have an eye for design and visual appeal

· Embrace data and research

· Enjoy supporting your team with process improvements and sharing expertise

· Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit

· Empathetic and understanding of others' needs

· Highly organized and goal-oriented

· Creative thinker with an outside-the-box approach

Qualified Candidates Will:

· Possess 2 to 3 years' full-cycle videography experience

· Have achieved a bachelor's degree or equivalent

· Be fluent in video production – lighting, sound, composition

· Be an engaging communicator and excellent interviewer

· Embrace social media and engages effectively

· Provide references

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with team members to develop video concepts and storyboards

· Ensure all video content aligns with the company's brand and messaging

· Plan, shoot, and edit two new pieces of video content weekly

· Conduct site analytics, SEO optimization, and more

· Produce monthly webinars

· Design website graphics and enhancements

· Serve as backup to the Digital Content Manager

· Pursue continual education and training (learning tools like HubSpot, new apps)

· Understand how to apply analysis to track and measure progress/achievement
