ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Welcomes guest, provides exceptional customer service, encourages guest to enroll in our new card sign up program and create brand loyalty.
* Follows all relevant policies and procedures, keep confidentiality of VIP information
* Ability to communicate with other departments both on property and within all Caesars entertainment, also with vendors/partners.
* Be familiar and help with Horseshoe promotions and events.
* Showcase exemplary usage of RTCM- system used for greeting guests and maintaining high visibility on the casino floor.
* Promote in Casino events both on and off property.
* Makes sound complimentary decisions based on customer's play
* Meet and greet guests and keep the highest levels of courtesy, friendliness, and hospitable attitude throughout interactions
* Attempts to develop guest play levels to the level of being assigned an Executive Host
* Assist Casino Marketing daily operation duties as assigned by Casino Marketing leadership.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
* College degree preferred
* Must be at least 21
* Minimum of two (2) years of guest services experience preferred
* Must have the ability to resolve stressful situations
* Must have exceptional guest service skills
* Bi-lingual in Spanish/English preferred
* Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, team-building and problem-solving skills
* Must be able to work extended hours during special events, including limited overnight travel
* Must have the ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays
* Must be willing to adhere to all Indiana gaming regulations and guideline
