We currently have an opportunity for a well-rounded and seasoned VIP and Club Member Liaison to join our Pier Sixty-Six Resort opening team!
The VIP and Club Member Liaison will be the primary point of contact for VIP guests and Club Members. They are responsible for delivering elevated personalized and attentive service. This role involves anticipating and fulfilling guest preferences, coordinating with various hotel departments, and creating unique, memorable experiences. The liaison will also handle administrative tasks, manage reservations, and professionally address any guest or member feedback.
Education: A bachelors degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment, focusing on elite VIP guest relations.
