We currently have an opportunity for a well-rounded and seasoned VIP and Club Member Liaison to join our Pier Sixty-Six Resort opening team!

The VIP and Club Member Liaison will be the primary point of contact for VIP guests and Club Members. They are responsible for delivering elevated personalized and attentive service. This role involves anticipating and fulfilling guest preferences, coordinating with various hotel departments, and creating unique, memorable experiences. The liaison will also handle administrative tasks, manage reservations, and professionally address any guest or member feedback.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring their arrival, stay, and departure exceed their expectations.
  • Provide personalized, attentive service, handling all special requests with extra care.
  • Anticipate and fulfill VIP guest preferences based on detailed profiles, including room setup, dining arrangements, and exclusive amenities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of VIP services and requests for all VIP guests and Club Members.
  • Create and deliver unique, memorable experiences tailored to each VIP guest, including personalized welcome amenities, bespoke itineraries, and special surprises.
  • Greet VIP guests with genuine warmth and professionalism upon their arrival in the lobby and graciously introduce them to the hotels amenities and services.
  • Provide high-level concierge services to VIP guests and members, including reservations, special requests, tailored dining, leisure, and wellness recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for club members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including F&B, Housekeeping, and Spa services, to meet the specific needs of Club Members and VIP guests.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, maintaining club documentation, and managing phone calls, emails, and mail/packages.
  • Manage guestroom reservations, ensuring availability and rates are effectively handled.
  • Actively solicit and listen to guest and member feedback, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally to achieve complete satisfaction.
  • Assist with other tasks as required to ensure optimum service to guests and members.

Education: A bachelors degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment, focusing on elite VIP guest relations.

Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple phone lines with professionalism and efficiency.
