General duties will be to compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers. You will also be responsible for AP/AR functions.
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to executives, preparing reports, maintaining records, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and handling various other duties related to office management.
Qualifications
High proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, GSuite, and other office-related software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Detail-oriented and efficient
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant or in office management is a plus
