**Employment Type:**Full time**Shift:**12 Hour Night Shift**Description:**Track Weekend Nights- VRN at Albany Memorial Hospital HUBAs a Virtual Registered Nurse (RN) on the care team you will be a part of/responsible for:+ Collaborating, communication & facilitation of optimal provision of care through a computerized &/or digital platform supporting daily management of care.+ Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring & evaluation of the patient's plan of care from admission to discharge.+ Utilize your clinical knowledge, critical thinking skills & the principles of case management & adult education to coordinate, implement & support the plan of care.+ Ensure a seamless, effective, efficient transition of care across the continuum.+ Monitoring quality metrics specific to the department & ensuring complete & accurate documentation in the patient record.+ Perform the roles of mentor, clinician, educator, consultant/collaborator, and navigator.Virtual RN Requirements:+ -New York State Valid Nursing Licenses from an accredited professional School of Nursing.+ Minimum of 8 years in healthcare/critical care as a Registered Nurse+ Experience with Electronic Medical Records+ Current or recent bedside RN experienceVirtual RN Preferred Requirements:- BSNPay Range: $44.00 - $51.95Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
