Employment Type:Full timeShift:12 Hour Night ShiftDescription:Track Weekend Nights- VRN at Albany Memorial Hospital HUBAs a Virtual Registered Nurse (RN) on the care team you will be a part of/responsible for:* Collaborating, communication & facilitation of optimal provision of care through a computerized &/or digital platform supporting daily management of care.* Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring & evaluation of the patient's plan of care from admission to discharge.* Utilize your clinical knowledge, critical thinking skills & the principles of case management & adult education to coordinate, implement & support the plan of care.* Ensure a seamless, effective, efficient transition of care across the continuum.* Monitoring quality metrics specific to the department & ensuring complete & accurate documentation in the patient record.* Perform the roles of mentor, clinician, educator, consultant/collaborator, and navigator.Virtual RN Requirements:* -New York State Valid Nursing Licenses from an accredited professional School of Nursing.* Minimum of 8 years in healthcare/critical care as a Registered Nurse* Experience with Electronic Medical Records* Current or recent bedside RN experienceVirtual RN Preferred Requirements:* BSNPay Range: $44.00 - $51.95Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
