Virtual Outpatient ClinicianVirtual Position - Must reside in CT, NY, NJ, or MAAbout the Position:The Virtual Outpatient Clinician is responsible for providing best-in-class group facilitation with the purpose of creating an individualized recovery experience that incorporates the mind, body, and spirit of each client. The Virtual Outpatient Clinician is expected to provide IOP group therapy, OP group therapy, individualized therapy, specialized group therapy as indicated/assigned, and crisis management as needed.Schedule:Monday - Wednesday: 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Thursday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Your Role:
- Facilitate IOP and OP groups with a focus on integrated care.
- Conduct individual therapy sessions
- Collaborate and consult with the outpatient interdisciplinary team members regarding group member clinical processes and needs.
- Assist with client drug and alcohol screening process as needed.
- Provide crisis management as needed.
- Complete all required and assigned trainings in a timely manner.
- Maintain clinical chart via electronic medical records in accordance with agency and accreditation standards of same day documentation.
- Participate in individual and group clinical supervision as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Holds and maintains independent licensure or associate license/limited permit as an LCSW/LSW/LMSW, LPC/LAC/LMHC/MHC-LP, LMFT/MFT-A in the state of New Jersey/ New York/ Connecticut, or Massachusetts
- Previous experience facilitating group therapy, required.
- Previous experience working in an outpatient setting, preferred.
Compensation:The base rate of pay for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.Benefits:
