- Operate with significant independence.
- Be responsible for maintaining timely communication with clients between 9 am - 6 pm with a close responsiveness commitment.

- The selected paralegal will come on board as a W-2 employee (not a 1099 independent contractor), with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 40 hours per week. The starting pay for this role is $23/hr.

- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of recent experience (within 6 months) working as a paralegal
- 3+ years working remotely
- Strong soft skills, including the ability to manage dynamic conditions and remain proactive in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned tasks
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal research platforms, document management systems, video conferencing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Resourceful problem solver who can find creative solutions to challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Your own Windows laptop and smartphone with broadband access to the internet
- Quiet location in which to make and take phone calls
- These qualifications are not required, but would be a plus:
- California experience
- Experience with e-Discovery
- Experience with case management
- Experience using law firm bookkeeping software for invoicing and timekeeping
