This role involves promoting our VR experiences to targeted audiences, managing partnerships, and increasing awareness of our solutions through creative campaigns and collaborations. You will be the face of our brand in the VR community, fostering relationships with users, influencers, and organizations that can benefit from our technology.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to promote our VR experiences, targeting key demographics, industry influencers, and potential partners.
- Build and nurture relationships within the VR and tech communities to increase awareness and usage of our VR solutions.
- Identify and establish partnerships with organizations, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance the reach and impact of our VR experiences.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create engaging multimedia content, demos, and educational materials that effectively communicate the value of VR.
- Plan and participate in virtual and in-person events, including workshops, conferences, and demos, to showcase our VR technology.
- Stay up-to-date on VR industry trends, user feedback, and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.
- Gather and analyze user and partner feedback to inform product development and improve the overall VR experience.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in VR, simulation based learning, and education to drive excellence and innovation in scenario development
- Assists with the preparation of course proposals, curriculum updates, and the construction of programs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong understanding of VR/AR technologies and their applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships
- Creativity in approach to outreach, content, and community engagement
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms, VR forums, and influencer engagement
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is a plus
- Experience working with VR platforms (Oculus, Vive, etc.)
- Familiarity with multimedia editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associates degree in Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in outreach, community management, or digital marketing, preferably within the tech or VR industry
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to travel and visit internal and external individuals in various locations.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds occasionally
