We are looking for an aggressive, motivated, self-starter who can work from home and succeed in identifying candidates that can be successfully placed in our client's open positions. We are a diversified company that provides Engineers, IT, Industrial, Administrative, Manufacturing, Finance, Accounting, and Health talent to clients across a wide range of industry sectors.

Recruiters are independent contractors and work on 100% commission.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.

Successfully review job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager.

Foster long-term relationships with candidates.

Review and understand job requirements.

Format resumes meeting client expectations.

Create detailed job descriptions.

Follow up with candidates.

Develop recruitment strategies and plans.

Work closely with the recruitment manager.

Qualifications

Ability to build strong relationships, ability to work independently and productively.

Ability to use MS Office tools.

Possess self-confidence and be a self-starter with good written and verbal communication skills.

1-3 years experience in a customer-focused, sales-related position needed.
