The Virtual Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in improving patient throughput, efficiency, and safety by partnering with our TeleHealth team. You will work directly with an interdisciplinary care team, utilizing advanced telehealth technology to support patient admissions, discharges, chart audits, and patient education. Responsibilities Serve as a key member of the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional patient care and streamline healthcare delivery. Assist in various steps of patient admission and discharge to promote smooth transitions and continuity of care. Conduct chart audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimize patient care outcomes. Provide remote nursing interventions, documented and integrated virtually into the patient's care plan. Engage in interdisciplinary communication and collaboration to support direct care and deliver patient education remotely. Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses. Qualifications ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required. Minimum two years of Med/Surg nursing experience. Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.
