Job Description HAPO Community Credit Union is hiring for a Virtual Service Professional to be on-site at our Richland, WA location. Looking for an opportunity to make an impact? This is an onsite position where you will assist with incoming member requests. You'd assist new and existing members with new accounts and loan requests through virtual channels including video, web, and over the phone. If you're passionate about promoting products and services and maximizing member connections, this role could be your perfect career move! Essential Functions:
  • Comfortable portraying oneself using video software and hardware
  • Make and fulfills commitments to resolve member issues
  • Back up all areas of the contact center as needed
  • Possess current knowledge of all key products and services
  • Accurately sign up, set up, and or direct the member to obtain the appropriate product or service to fit their needs
  • Cross-sell credit union products and services based on member needs, in accordance with the credit union's program standards
  • Provide general IRA information and investment options in addition to process transaction on IRAs
  • Able to perform all basic and advanced teller and FSS transactions through software and remote hardware
  • Aware of requirements and limitations of all types of account ownership, how to open and perform maintenance: individual, joint, payable upon death, POA, Rep Payee, Estate, Trust etc.
  • Well versed in online banking/mobile site/HAPO app and all products offered within with ability to set up and troubleshoot
  • Ability to quote rates and open any and all sub shares with appropriate verifications to be done prior
  • Ability to assist members with account modifications i.e, joint owner modifications/name change etc.
  • Structure, quote and follow up on loan transactions from origination to close

  • Superior interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain products, listen to customers, and effectively overcome customer objections
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail
  • Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
  • Knowledge of mortgage industry; familiarity with mortgage rules, regulations, and procedures
  • Handle oneself in stressful situations
Requirements: •Bilingual Spanish preferred •Must be able to work between the hours of 8:30AM to 6:30PM, rotating Saturdays required •Highschool Diploma or equivalent required •Banking and/or Call Center experience is preferred Our Benefits: We offer competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package which includes:

Starting Pay Range (DOE): $19.31 - $28.96 Typically, Selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint range, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
