This position requires the instructor to provide face-to-face instruction on the McNeese State University campus. Additionally, the candidate should possess communication and interpersonal skills sufficiently to work effectively with a diverse array of students and colleagues. Required/Preferred Qualifications Minimum Requirements: For undergraduate courses, a master's degree in the teaching discipline or a master's degree and a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline is needed. Degrees and graduate coursework must be from a regionally accredited university. Preferred Requirements: College teaching experience; training and/or experience in face-to-face teaching; ability to teach a student body diverse in age, ethnicity, and academic skills.
