Overview
Greets visitors and patients using a positive, friendly demeanor. Enters guest, patient, and visitor information into the visitor management system, and assists with the screening of visitors, patients, and staff, when needed. Assists with directions, or transport needs within the facility.

Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ One year experience in a customer service-related field
License/Certification
Minimum Required:
+ Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation.
