Join us and experience the benefits of being truly Liberated.WHAT YOU'LL DO:The Visual Merchandiser for South Florida will be focusing on the specialty account base and key account base. With attention to Retail DTC stores, throughout south Florida. This person consistently executes visual merchandising direction including product placement, fixture placement and display elements to provide a consistent customer experience. The visual merchandiser serves as a liaison between the sales, retail and customer experience centers of excellence to provide consistent execution of product placement and brand presentation.Maintains brand standards for visual presentation throughout the territoryDaily visits to accounts to perform merchandising job duties.Daily recaps summarizing accomplishments.Partners with the Senior Director of Visual Merchandising and Senior Visual Manager to prepare for and implement seasonal merchandising presentations and new visual merchandising initiatives.Partners with Sales team to monitor merchandise sell through, replenishment, and flex product as necessaryPartners with the Sales Reps/Visual Manager to ensure that new styles are placed in the correct positions on the sales floorPartners with store management and Sales Reps on key visual merchandising decisions that have an impact on store workload and sales.Consistently executes the visual display elements i.e. styling details with bust forms, etc. (including story tellers KPI's and seasonal POP)Ensures all visual execution.Adjusts lighting to highlight merchandise and displays, per company standardProvides a consistent customer experience through execution of brand standardsOther duties as assignedWHAT YOU'LL NEED:2 years retail visual merchandising or display experienceStrong visual merchandising skills and excellent eye for detailStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to offer solutions to store specific visual and merchandising challenges using brand standards and HQ direction as a guidelineAbility to independently identify potential Visual Merchandising opportunities and provide creative solutions.Excellent ability to create teams and partnershipDemonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work with a sense of urgencyLift and carry up to 50 lbsAbility to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom repetitive bending, prolong standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbingAbility to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and some domestic travel.Must have reliable transportation to and from store locations where majority of hours will be workedLIBERATED PERKS:Collaborative culture with amazing family vibeDiscounts on Liberated MerchMedical, Dental, and Vision Benefits (majority employer paid)401k with employer match (based on eligibility)Surf and Snow Team Building DaysSummer Half Day FridaysPaid Time OffReferral ProgramLiberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in South Florida is $19/hr - $22/hr. This position is Hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled.
