We re seeking a creative and experienced Visual Merchandiser to elevate our retail presence and drive sales through captivating displays. As our company experiences significant growth, we need to enhance our visual merchandising efforts with top-tier retail partners such as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales, Dillard s, Von Maur, Sephora, Nordstrom, Bluemercury, and Bergdorf Goodman. Founded in 1997, Europerfumes has decades of experience vetting and sourcing the best independent brands from all over the world. Today our portfolio includes over 15 brands (Xerjoff, Juliette Has a Gun, Vilhelm Parfumerie, Roja, Montale and more) for which we manage everything within the US. This management ranges from a brand's online store, social media presence, and retail distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling, functional and on-brand point-of-sale materials for key retail partners.
• Partner with Brand Marketing and Retailer VM s to develop corporate visual directives, in-stores across various display types.
• Conceptualize, design, and source materials for displays.
• Design visually appealing displays for sales floors and windows to attract foot traffic and drive sales conversion.
• Implement Visual Guidelines across all stores, adhering to brand standards.
• Strategize product launch animations in alignment with business objectives for on-site deployment.
• Support brand events with product/display setup and logistics.
• Prepare floor plans, manage the VM Calendar, and conduct store walkthroughs for maintenance strategies and installations.
• Oversee the timeline and process for seasonal visual reviews and leadership sign-offs.
• Stay updated on industry and market trends, competitive sets, and research beauty and design trends.

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of relevant design experience.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in 3D renderings and technical drawings is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
