We are seeking a seasoned Visual Merchandising Designer III with over 7 years of hands-on experience in corporate visual merchandising. This role supports 7 brands and involves 20% concept development and 80% execution of concepts in Ulta, Sephora, and SC. The ideal candidate excels in graphic design, project management, and has exceptional execution skills.
Job Description:
- Execute special visual display projects as directed by senior visual staff
- Participate in the proofing process
- Create, review, and approve planograms
- Create Photoshop renderings
- Partner with graphic designers to enhance visual assets
- Assist in sourcing materials for window, in-store, and showroom set-ups
- Participate in store changeovers
- Utilize full creative suite knowledge
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in visual merchandising
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketchup
- Higher Diploma or above in visual merchandising or related field
- Strong graphic design skills
- Motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Experience in managing multiple projects and deliverables
- Recent graduate of the exhibition design program
- Experience in PLV developments in the retail business
- Store design background
