As our Visual Merchandising Manager, you will drive the execution of visual merchandising initiatives for the Village in support of our Brand partners. With the partnership of the Retail and Central Visual Merchandising teams, you will influence the Brands on their overall visual presentation, with the goal of driving Brand success.

What you will be doing

• Establishing and maintaining the calendar for merchandising and window dressing for all promotions, special events and window display programs
• Educating new Brands on Village merchandising and window guidelines and support them to ensure layout requirements are met
• Partnering with the Retail Managers to ensure every store has the right visual impact
• Leading the Visual Merchandising team, coordinating their daily activities and supporting their growth and development
• Preparing cross-over brand analysis and leading monthly calls to evaluate Brand performance.

• Established creative skills with the capability to work with product from all categories
• A strong managerial background working in visuals across multiple brands or in a department store
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Ability to anticipate challenges and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Passion for fashion brands and a sound understanding of market trends, and principles of product promotion.
• Diplomacy and the ability to work well with external partners and in all levels across the business
• Fluency in English; any additional language would be beneficial
