Vive Youth & Family Assistant ManagerJericho Road Community Health Center is actively seeking an Vive Youth & Family Assistant Manager. Jericho offers competitive pay and benefits including medical (single-high coverage paid in full by employer), HSA, dental, vision, employer paid life insurance benefit, supplemental insurances, tuition discounts, generous paid time off, the opportunity for global travel to our three global health clinics, and loan forgiveness for applicable positions.Responsibilities:* Coordinate Youth and Family specific volunteers and/or interns* Comply with program requirements including case notes, check requests, medical coordination with appropriate clinical staff* Facilitate and aid in reporting and developing stories for funder expectations* Facilitate networking with other organizations for program planning* Support children's school enrollment and facilitate communication between parents and teacher within Buffalo Public Schools* Advocate on behalf of residents in an advocacy sense, having their necessities at the forefront of outreach* Facilitate planning for monthly family focused activities, summer and school break programming, and other enrichment opportunities* Orient children and families to expectations of Vive and collaborate with other groups to help them integrate into the community* Be willing and able to drive families and children to appropriate programmatic activities* Participate in Jericho Road staff meetings and activitiesQualifications:* 1-2 years' experience in case work for relevant experience working with vulnerable populations* Bachelor's Degree in a related field* Ability to be a creative problem solver who can take direction from supervisor and collaborate with othersHourly Rate: $17.00 per hour.
