Salary Range: $21.87 - $26.13/per hour.
Job Summary:
The Vocational Program Coordinator is responsible for maintaining high quality vocational services by ensuring client identified goals regarding barriers to employment are being met consistent with all state, federal and local regulatory standards and protocols. The Vocational Program Coordinator directly supervises program staff consistent with contractual expectations and provides staff with tools, and expertise needed to effectively perform their jobs. The Vocational Program Coordinator is available for supervision, including observation and oversight of daily tasks. The Vocational Program Coordinator will practice and reinforce agency core values of accountability, teamwork, adaptability, respect and integrity.
The Vocational Program Coordinator ensures consistent provision of quality and innovative vocational programming for all people with barriers to employment. The Coordinator will actively oversee the day to day operations of contracted vocational and employment programming for job seekers with disabilities.
The Coordinator provides direct supervision to vocational specialists and is knowledgeable about employment services for people with disabilities.
Essential Job Duties:
-Directly supervises staff, consistent with contractual expectations; provides staff with tools, resources and expertise needed to effectively perform their jobs. Available for supervision, including observation and oversight of daily tasks.
-Maintain caseload as assigned by supervisor.
-Maintain provider standards and provide performance reviews as needed.
-Manage timecards, requests, and employee mileage.
-Track compliance with internal and external provider training. Ensure contracted services are provided with integrity and fidelity. Present training to providers in relevant manner.
-Demonstrate competency in use of eHRs for documentation, caseload management, and reporting purposes.
-Support program viability by monitoring timeliness and accuracy of provider documentation.
-Interact closely with internal business office and external funders to process all program billing.
-Develop meaningful community assessments and work experiences for participants.
-Provide extensive vocational service opportunities in WNY.
-Maintain positive relationships with counselors, care managers, and care coordinators from referring agencies.
-Ensure regulatory needs and expectations are met for appropriate, contracted funding sources. This is including but not limited to: intakes, billing, reporting, appropriate service recommendation / applications, meetings required by funders and associated documentation.
-Any other duty as assigned by your Supervisor.

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Experience Required:
1-2 years of experience in Human Services or a related field
